According to a report from Spanish newspaper Expansión last week, Renta is still negotiating with the current owner, which is not yet known.
The real estate company expects to spend around 3.5 million euro in the purchase and rehabilitation of the assets, which are located at number 4 Corazón de María street in the Spanish capital.
The assets have a combined area of 974 sqm, according to the same newspaper.
