According to MAB’s release, «the company’s Managing Board set the shares’ value at 27.40 euro each, which represents a total of 140 million euro in terms of the company’s total valuation».
The REITs portfolio currently consists of 8 assets located in Madrid, with a total combined area of 34.620 sqm which are estimated at 221 million euro.
Torimbia currently operates 3 five star hotels: the 6.155 sqm NH Collection Paseo del Prado, which has 113 rooms; the 8.396 sqm Hotel Urso, with 78 rooms; and the 7.438 sqm NH Collection Palacio Conde de Tepa, with 85 rooms.
The portfolio also includes 3 street shops – the 1.475 sqm Serrano 88; the 697 sqm Pintor Rosales 18, and the 574 sqm Descubridor Diego Ordás 1 – and also two offices: number 88 Calle Serrano (5.530 sqm) and number 24 Calle Goya (4.355 sqm).
