The REIT specialised in office investment is controlled by Susana García-Cereceda, owner of 50% of the shares. Värde Partners has 39% of the capital, and Yolanda García-Cereceda 10.9%.
LaFinca’s porfolio includes buildings such as three business parks in Pozuelo de Alarcón and three office buildings in Madrid, with a combined area of 220.000 sqm estimated at 725 million euro.
According to EjePrime, the REIT doubled its profit in 2018 to 9.37 million euro.
