It will debut when its value is estimated at 22 million euro, which implies the issuing of 22 million shares at a nominal value of 1 euro each.
According to the release made available by MAB, the REIT specialised in acquiring shares from other REITs will be the eighteenth company to enter this market during this year alone.
Amongst the REITs where Mistral Iberia RE has already invested – since January 2018 (when the company started its activity) until now – are: Domo Activos, Atom Hoteles and Lar España, for example.
