Parc Central Project in Valencia
In these terrains, for which the developer has requested a construction license, a complex named Parc Central, with 93 dwellings, offices, shops and parking will be developed, resulting in an iconic building designed by Valencia’s architecture studio Quino Bono.
This new investment from Grupo Pryconsa reinforces those already carried out in the city and in the homonymous community, which total around 474 dwellings for sale or rent and a total investment of around 100 million euro
At the beginning of the month, the Grupo Pryconsa’s housing project Resydenza signed a construction contract to start its build-to-rent project of 102 dwellings, in Madrid.
