The first day of the Summit will start at 14h30 and the opening will be held by Roger Cooke, the event’s Chairman, and António Gil Machado, director of Iberian Property, the entity that organizes the event.
Next, at around 14h45, Cristina Casalinho, from IGCP – Agência de Gestão da Tesouraria e da Dívida Pública (Treasury and Public Debt Management Agency), will present the context of the Portuguese economy.
One of the hottest subjects on the market, the SIGIs (Portuguese REITs) will be one of the highlights of the afternoon, during the session «A Oportunidade dos REITs em Portugal – Mesa de debate de investidores» (The REIT opportunity in Portugal – investors’ debate table), which will begin at 15h45. It will feature Dominique Moerenhout (EPRA), Filipa Franco (Euronext Lisbon), Alexandre Fernandes (Sonae Sierra), David Brush (Merlin Properties) and Miguel Ferre (IE-Instituto de Empresa), with Roger Cooke as the moderator.
«The context of the real estate market», «Investment’s best secrets» or «Why and where to invest in Portugal – investors’ debate table» will also take place during this first afternoon which will finish at around 18h30.
