Around 9h30, three different rooms host sessions on the subjects «Retail & Logistics - A Non-Zero Sum Game», «Offices - A sector with a feel-good factor» and «Changing game: Residential and the new mainstream living concepts».
After a coffee break, the second round of sessions will be focused on «Best investment advices», «The best «tax» deal to invest in Portuguese real estate», «Alternative investments… be aware of regulation» and «How to look deeper into the Portuguese REIT?».
These sessions will be coordinated by C&W, CBRE, Savills, Abreu Advogados, ML and Deloitte. The conclusions will be the responsibility of Manuel Enrich, from Sareb; Miguel Ferre, from IE – Instituto de Empresa and Richard Betts, from Real Asset Media.
The event will close with a session dedicated to alternative investment, at around 12h30, featuring specialists such as Edward Miller, from Round Hill Capital; Jason Steere, from The Student Hotel; Pedro Coelho, from Square AM, Pedro Vicente, from Habitat Invest, and Richard Betts.
