Phalsbourg company buys 66,000 m² of land for its first project in Spain

<p>The company Allison Iberia, S.L., part of the Phalsbourg Company group, have signed a contract with ING Real Estate Development Spain Holding, S.A., for the purchase of a parcel of land with an area of 66.000 m²  in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), for the development of its Open Sky and Outlet enterprise project.</p>

Open Sky is the first project in Spain for the Compañía de Phalsbourg, Spanish subsidiary of Compagnie de Phalsbourg. It comprises a shopping centre with a GLA of 75,000 m² with 80 establishments and 3,000 parking spaces, in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), a few minutes from Barajas Airport and beside the A-1 motorway. There will also be a spacious green zone, a central lake where there will be light and water games, bars and restaurants.
