The new reinforcement is the supermarket Pingo Doce da Alta de Lisboa, with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 2,200 m² and acquired by €5.9 million. The name of the seller was not disclosed.
This is the third asset purchased by ORES in the Portuguese market, where had already invested more than €30 million since its inception, in the beginning of the year. The store occupied by Media Markt in Braga and Portimão Retail Center, are the two other assets in the Portuguese portfolio.
Meanwhile, and following its expansion strategy, the Socimi has also strengthened its shopping list in Spain, where the more recent acquisitions were a supermarket operated by Aldi, in Cádiz, and a supermarket operated by Mercadona, in Oviedo.
