According to information from the Spanish newspaper EjePrime, this portfolio includes two hypermarkets, two supermarkets and two stores, located in Leiria, Loures, Mem Martins and Quinta do Conde, currently leased to Sonae brands such as Continente, Worten and Sportzone (the last two cases owned by Sonae Sierra).
A note from Ores, quoted by the newspaper, explains that "with this purchase, financed with a credit of €80 million to 12 months and own resources, the company continues to accomplish its investment’s objectives included in its business plan, in compliance with the financial parameters agreed with the shareholders".
So far, Ores' largest purchase had been a portfolio of €63 million composed of 4 assets in northern Spain, in Logroño, Calahorra, Tolosa and Guernica.
