In addition, Compañía de Phalsbourg reports that negotiations are well underway with more than a dozen new operators, with whom it expects to sign contracts in the coming weeks.
The works of Open Sky, which will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 91,600 m2, are making good progress and the opening date has been set for April 4, 2019. Open Sky will also have a gym of 2,500 m2, a 1,000 m2 children’s play zone, a clinic and a coworking space.
On the other hand, Compañía de Phalsbourg has started the commercialization of The Village, an outlet designed by Philippe Starck that will have 22,000 m2 and will also be located near to Open Sky, which will strengthen the commercial offer of the group. With this project Compagnie de Phalsbourg will continue its expansion in the Outlet sector, since next May 17th it will inaugurate its first Outlet Village in the city of Lyon.
