Intending to build a project similar to the Open Sky shopping centre, the company is already looking for terrains with the appropriate dimensions. According to Eje Prime, those are between 75.000 sqm and 80.000 sqm.
The new futuristic Open Sky shopping centre, located in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), should open its doors in April 2020.
The French company is also planning other projects in Spain, namely, the Intu Costa del Sol shopping centre, which represents a 700 million euro investment, according to Cinco Días.
