Neinor Homes acquires a land plot for €27M to construct more than 400 properties

<p>Neinor Homes closed yesterday the acquisition of a fully permitted land plot in Valencia, with a buildable area of over 50,000 m² and suitable for constructing ca. 400 units. It is located in the Malilla neighborhood of Valencia, across La Fe Hospital (the biggest in the city), and where the Company acquired another plot last March.</p>

In Q1 Neinor Homes announced the opening of an office in Valencia to manage business in the Levante region. This office is now fully operational and administrating more than 75,000 m² of permitted plot for the construction of over 600 residential units.

Juan Velayos, CEO of Neinor Homes, referred that “the acquisition of this plot in Valencia increases the Company’s land bank in the region, as well as it is another big step to fulfill this year’s target for investments”.
