With this project, the Plataforma Central Iberum adds 450,000 m2 to the industrial and logistic land sold during this last quarter.
In addition to the acquisition of a land with 8.6ha, Mountpark has set aside another land of 6.3ha, managing these ca.15ha in this area in Madrid. Moreover, the company expects to build, in 2018, another platform with 50.000 m2 in Corredor de Henares, Madrid.
