This operation had the support of consultant CBRE, advanced daily newspaper Eje Prime this Thursday, while also revealing that 2 new logistic warehouses will soon be built in these terrains: one with 13.000 sqm and the other with 16.000 sqm.
Besides these logistic projects, Montepino has 5 other projects under development, representing a total combined area of more than 300.000 sqm and being estimated at 600 million euro. One of them concerns the 89.000 sqm logistic complex the company is constructing in Guadalajara (Madrid), together with the Portuguese company specialised in logistics Luís Simões. This project alone represents an 85 million euro investment.
According to the same newspaper, the other 4 projects are located in the provinces of Madrid and Castilla-La Macha.
