This project, developed by Montepino and operated by Luís Simões, will have a total area of 89,000 m². Montepino and Luís Simões are going to carry out a joint investment of €85 million. The works of this advanced logistics complex have been entrusted to INBISA Construcción.
The logistics park is integrated by three warehouses, with their respective offices. The estimate is that the works of these three buildings, with 31,158 m2, 29,083 m2 and 28,650 m2, will last nine months and will be delivered in two phases.
This complex is designed to have a capacity for 178,000 pallets and access for 112 trucks arriving and 174 trucks departing per day. It will also have the latest technological tools that will allow automation in the shipment of pallets and a solution specifically adapted to the requirements of e-commerce logistics. It will also have green areas and wide parking spaces with more than 800 places for cars.
