It is located at Rua da Alegria nº 30, in the historic center of the city, with 7 fractions (half of them leased) and gross floor area of 562.76 m² distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and the Lamiré piano shop.
According to the Spanish newspaper, the fund purposes to renewal the building and improve its state of conservation. Currently in Portugal since the beginning of the year, it has already invested €4 million in the country.
