The building at number 38, São Francisco street, with 316 sqm, has 5 floors and 4 apartments with around 60 sqm, Ribeira’s historic building with a view over the river Douro maintains its tiled façade and the company promises to keep this architectural heritage.

In Gaia,the building located at number 203 Cândido dos Reis street has a total area of 394 sqm and 8 apartments. Daniel Leiva, founding partner at MK Premium, explains that «soon this will be an area which will be revived and expected to receive 1 million visitors per year. That is why we acquired two buildings at Cândido dos Reis street, one at number 287 which was our first purchase in Portugal and this last one at number 203».

«These are the company’s last acquisitions in 2018 and it is very special that it is in Portugal, precisely during the year when we opened our first international offices in the country», explains Daniel Leiva.

Quoted by Idealista, he details that «these last two buildings are part of the path the company intends to follow during 2019, to expand our real estate portfolio, before the upcoming real estate cycle. These are two buildings located in exclusive areas, in Porto’s historic area and in Vila Nova de Gaia, municipality close to Porto and the epicentre of the famous Port wine cellars».

By the end of the year, the company will have a total of 9 buildings in Portugal, on which it invested more than 7 million euro. This year, its investment in Portugal and Spain increased 15%.
