This project includes the urbanization of the terrain, according to EjePrime. This project is added to the company’s Portuguese portfolio estimated at around 9 million euro.
MK Premium is also negotiating the purchase of assets in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and in Madrid, and it is analysing its entry in the French market, namely in Paris and Lyon and also in Italy, in Rome and Milan, next year. New markets in Spain are also on the company’s radar, such as Malaga, Valencia, Palma and Seville.
In total, this new investment stage might represent 30 million euro.
