The first Hotel W from Marriott in Madrid should be constructed there, according to newspaper Expansión. This building is estimated at 80 million euro, but in order to be operational again it should need refurbishment works estimated at 25 million euro.
This new 13.000 sqm 5 star hotel should open in 2021 with 136 rooms spread across 7 floors.
This one more project Millenium Hotels adds to its current growth plan, which includes investing around 500 million euro within the next 3 years.
