The logistic facility will have a total 225.000 sqm, and is the only of this size under development in the country. The total investment is 147 million euro.
This new platform will include logistic and complementary services and green areas. For now, the construction of a 45.000 ABL warehouse was launched. The remaining warehouses will be constructed as they are sold, but Merlin guarantees that the new project «has already captured the interest of several companies which want to be installed in the future logistic park».
