The 10 floors building comprises 9,425m² for offices and 3,025m² of retail. It has currently a 63% rate of occupancy, with tenants such as Novo Banco, McKinsey, Banco Best or MDS Portugal.
According to El Confidencial, quoting sources close to the operation, the transaction value represents a gross yield on current occupancy of 4.0% and a market yield of 6.5%.
