According the consultant, this real estate portfolio, has a total area of 35,000m², in 10 buildings and 5 autonomous fractions located in different Portuguese regions: Lisbon (one example being building Castillo 50), Oeiras, Sintra, Almada, Tomar, Caldas da Rainha, Matosinhos and Funchal.
To the Managing Director of Aguirre Newman Portugal, Paulo Silva, should be highlighted «the benefits of a structured sale procedure that allowed to meet the interests of our representative». On the other hand, he emphasizes « the interests and availability of means on the part of the real estate investors for this type of products, which are reflected in the dozens of confidentiality agreements signed».
As stated by Negocios, this properties set shall be part of a bigger portfolio, evaluated in €250 million, which should continue to be sold gradually over the next months.
