The company will be in charge of finding buyer for the real estate portfolio of the Bank in Portugal, valued at €670 million. After the sale, about two-thirds of the 75 workers currently in the real estate department of the Novo Banco will be transferred to the entity that will acquire the portfolio.
It should be recalled that Alantra was the entity selected by a vehicle from Lone Star, the Hudson Advisors, where Novo Banco recently recruited the German manager Volkert Schmidt to lead this issue.
