The food chain for wholesalers intends to sell the assets located in Barajas, Alcobendas and Paseo Imperial, with the formula of sale & lease back and remain as a tenant in these warehouses.
The operation will allow the company of the German group Metro to invest the money in the development of new projects.
In Spain, Makro has 37 centers spread over 15 autonomous communities, totaling a commercial area of 241,744 m2.
