The real estate developer plans to build only one four bedroom apartment, and the rest should be two and three bedroom apartments. According to newspaper Eje Prime, all of the apartments will have outdoor spaces, with an approximate area of 40 sqm.
Despite the beginning of the construction works being scheduled for the middle of this year’s second semester, the apartments should start being sold in July. The buildings should be finished by the Summer of 2020.
This is Les Rivages’ first investment in Granada. The same newspaper mentions that the company has been investing in Spain since 2015, but until now has been focusing only in the municipality of Estepona, in Málaga.
