Retail Park Rivas Futura is visited by more than 6.000.000 people per year and hosts 27 operators
The refurbishment works will consist in expanding the pedestrian sidewalks to a width of 14 metres; creating playparks, terraces and parking for quick loading and unloading near the stores’ entrances; improving the street furniture and the landscape; providing universal accessibility to the park and renewing the underground car park’s waterproofing.
On the first stage, works will affect the parcel limited by the stores from Conforama and El Corte Inglés Oportunidades and they are expected to finish by the beginning of December. The second stage will take place from January until April 2021 and the works will affect the parcel which starts at Maison du Monde and finishes at Visionlab.
The retail park Rivas Futura is visited by more than 6.000.000 people per year and hosts 27 operators, amongst which are companies such as Leroy Merlin, Media Markt, Conforama, El Corte Inglés, Toys R Us, Kiabi, Maison du Monde, Casa, Kiwoko, Prenatal and Norauto, within its more than 55.000 sqm.
