The new 48.600 sqm commercial space opened its doors last Friday. At the time Kronos’ CEO, Saïd Hejal commented that this unit «brings a new concept of commercial space which stands out by its innovative design from architect Enrique Bardají, who paid particular attention to the surroundings and guaranteed the highest quality and sustainability standards».
This new space opened with 90% of its area already occupied, with 12.000 sqm being occupied by leisure and food brands. Amongst the operators are companies such as Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Sprinter, Jysk, Maxcolchón, Juguetería Panre, Ginásio Gimnasio Viva, Supermercados Mas, Carter Cash, Cozinhas Schmidt, Factory Colchón y Sofás, Las Bolas, Tiendanimal, Mango, Mango Man, Pimkie, calzados Musso, Sakito and Sakito Home, Aromas, Supermercados Codi, Muebles 1 Click, Barelli and Nails Factory.
WAY Dos Hermanas offers its visitors more than 2.000 parking spots and charging points for electric vehicles.
Kronos Properties launched its retail development brand WAY in February last year, seeking to «represent a new model of excellence in latest generation commercial spaces», where quality, design and uniqueness are basic principles.
