Unik Project
The project will be developed in two stages, the first stage with 56 units and the second stage with 120 units and it will have an investment of 45 million euro. In terms of prices per dwelling, they start at 245.000 euro.
Unik will be constituted by two differentiated buildings with a view to the sea, private gardens and terraces. The space between the two buildings will feature garden areas, an area for children and a common swimming pool.
Catalonia assumed 30% of the deal
Catalonia assumed 30% of the Kronos Homes deal, which includes a further four projects: H2O and O12, in Badalona; The Kube, in Tarragona and Waves, in Calafell, which will have a total of 3.050 dwellings.

Unik is Kronos Homes’ 19th project being marketed to be added to those it currently has in Spain, in the regions of Andalusia, Castile and Leon, Community of Madrid and the Valencian Community; and in the Algarve in Portugal
