JLL sells offices in Campo Grande to the Universidade Lusófona

<p>Through its Office Agency Department, JLL is responsible for the installation of the Instituto Superior de Gestão, within the Universidade Lusófona group, in the Marechal Craveiro Lopes 2 building, in Campo Grande, in Lisbon.</p>

The consultancy carried out this transaction representing its client, AVIS, in an operation which included the sale of two complete floors occupied by offices in the building. The Universidade Lusófona thus expanded the area it occupies in this axis of the capital to 1.230m², now occupying the whole building.
