A 5-star hotel with 258 rooms will be built on the terrains acquired last year, located at Avenida Camilo, in a 27 million euro investment. In the same quarter, facing the Bonfim street, a 200 apartment housing complex will be built, in a 200 million euro investment.
Construction works should start this year and are expected to be concluded in 2023, according to what the companies, which own 1/3 of the developer, revealed to Negócios.
Besides this investment, developer Fortera has under its portfolio a global investment of more than 200 million euro. This capital will be invested in the construction of a new 4-star hotel with 64 rooms located next to the D. Luís I bridge, in Gaia, estimated at 9 million euro; in project Skyline – located at the back of the City Hall – which includes a hotel with more than 250 rooms, a conference and a multipurpose centre, in an 80 million euro investment; and also a housing complex in the same area with more than 300 apartments estimated at 80 million euro as well.
