Investment in retail reached €1.600M

Last year, retail investment in Spain did not surpass 1.600 million euro, the lowest number registered in the last five years.

In 2019, most real estate investment corresponded to high street retail, followed by shopping centres and retail parks.

According to the numbers from JLL, quoted by Eje Prime, 5 years ago this number was 3.500 million euro.
