The project will be located in one of the expansion areas of West and Northwest of Córdoba, one of the most demanded in the area. The plots has a total area of 12,643 m2, of which 2,163 m2 are buildable and will be intended for residential use. Specifically, in the development will be built 192 houses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms that include garage and storage room.
The first two phases of this development are scheduled to start the commercialization in September of this year, a total of 72 houses.
This project is a new commitment of Grupo Inmoglaciar for the construction of quality houses at affordable prices, with the possibility of customization due to agreements with renowned brands in the sector. The CEO, Ignacio Moreno, said that "our goal is to continue growing through the development of new projects, so this operation is part of the growth strategy that the group has set in recent months, betting on communities like Andalusia where we have other projects, and are interested in continuing to acquire land”.
