This agreement implies the exit of the shareholding of Grupo Inmoglaciar in the companies it managed jointly with Aquila Capital to date. No clients will be affected with this decision, since Grupo Inmoglaciar will continue to collaborate in the projects of Aquila Capital for the delivery of houses already completed in the Monfragüe and Timanfaya developments of Residencial Parque Ingenieros (Madrid), as well as the marketing of those that are not yet finished, while Aquila Capital will be in charge of the management.
Grupo Inmoglaciar dissociates from Gardens La Moraleja and Residencial Can Trabal Golf developments, which are now managed entirely by Aquila Capital under its new brand AQ Acentor.
Sven Schoel, Country Manager of Aquila Capital in Spain, highlighted that "the strategic alliance with the developer has been positive and has resulted in the development of three successful real estate promotions, which have contributed to the expansion plans of Aquila Capital in the market Spanish with its own brand, AQ Accentor".
