The project, in which development the two companies participate to 50%, represents an investment of more than €20 million and is scheduled to open at the end of 2019.
The new Burgos Este Commercial Park is going to involve a great commercial impulse for the Burgos capital, endowing with a new and different offer of leisure and purchases, due to its 19,000 m2 of commercial surface. The whole, which will be located on a plot of 46,500 m2, will have a total built area of 26,000 m2.
