The buildings are owned by the investment fund GreenOak Real Estate and the construction work is expected to be completed by February 2018. The fund has commissioned this project for its subsequent lease or sale.
The center will be divided into two buildings of equal size and will have a total constructed surface area of 38,255 m2, plus 24,062 m2 of urbanization. INEL 2000 has participated in this project as the architect and technical manager, and Soluciones Transparentes has served as the Project Manager. Both companies have extensive experience in the industrial/logistics sector.
