This value sets a new record in the post-crisis of the Madrid market in an operation of this kind. The price per m2 was about €7,000.
According to the Spanish Real Estate, it’s an asset located at nº 147 Paseo de la Habana, in the center of the capital, opposite the consulate of Cuba and near the Paseo de la Castellana. Here it will rise a new luxury residential building.
It was on the market only 3 months ago. Besides Ibosa, Nozar, Grosvenor, Domo, or Pryconsa were also interested.
