GreenOak associates with Ibosa Group in the Spanish residential market

The first action will be the construction of a residential skyscraper in Madrid, namely at Isla Chamartín, a property triangle delimited by M-11, A-1 and Manoteras avenue, where last September the Ibosa Group acquired for just over €30 million a plot to Oncisa. The total investment of this project will surpass the €80 million. There are more than 7,000 m2 and a buildability of almost 17,000 (it comprises two plots), on which shall rise a tower with 75m and 20 floors and two tower blocks with capacity for more than 200 houses, and the prices will be between 200,000 and one million euro.

According to “El Confidencial”, Ibosa and GreenOak are about to close other joint operation, which consists in the purchase of several lands that Blackstone is close to allocate in Valdemarín, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the outskirts of Madrid, where single-family houses do not drop below the one million euro, and the prices show increases of more than two-digits.
