Madrid has the record of contracting logistic spaces, for the last 10 years, both in the second quarter and in the first semester of the year. With 260,000 m² rented between April and June, the logistic operators respond to an overall environment of great activity of industrial consumption and production.
Contracting logistic spaces continue to be in the first semester in Barcelona, regarding the results of last year. So far this year, Barcelona accumulates contracting logistics of 236,000 m², a similar figure to the reached in the same period last year. The square meters rented in the Q2 are in line with the uptake from the first months of the year, achieving 112,000 m² in total.
