The company recently concluded the purchase of Cármenes reidence, in Poblete, with a total surface of 6.161 sqm and capacity for 201 beds. It also bought, according to EjePrime, La Residencia San Pablo de Ceutí, in Murcia, with 6.785 sqm and capacity for 172 residents.
Another purchase includes Residencia MiraMadrid, in Paracuellos de Jarama, with 6.221 sqm and 170 beds.
Since its creation at the end of 2016, the company has acquired more than 20 assets, in a total investment of around 200 million euro, spreadout through several senior residencies, hospitals, clinics and other assets.
