Healthcare buys Sauvia residence in Salamanca

Investment fund Healthcare Activos, specialized in healthcare and assisted living and care centres, concluded the acquisition of the Sauvia residence, in Salamanca, the fourth it acquires in this Spanish region.

The residence has 219 beds and a total area of 11.646 sqm, according to EjePrime’s report. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Healthcare Activos thus has a total of 23 senior residences in Spain.
