The platform, which began its journey with assets to the value of 415 million euros which HAYA RE manages for its financial clients, principally Sareb, Bankia and Cajamar, comprises currently more than 300 real estate assets ranging from residential promotions, hotels, commercial centres and industrial spaces to land in various degrees of development.
It is a simple, commercial and visual tool, aimed at registered professional users, which incorporates three search criteria: investment value, type of asset and location.
Investment in the project will be on-going asset by asset, with no limit as to number, thus allowing the selection of those properties or spaces which best fit the strategies and preferences of the individual investor.
In this way, Iván Fernández-Valdés, Director of the Advisory and Institutional Sale Unit at HAYA Real Estate and in charge of the project, explains that “the platform has been designed to facilitate the individual sale of every asset, although we have also anticipated developing an option for access to lots for rent, given that our objective is to fulfil the investment expectations of the different user profiles.”
