Habitat still has 4.000 dwellings available for sale. These are part of 46 developments which are still unfinished in Spain.
These numbers are encouraging for the developer, which intends to increase its annual delivery pace, by doubling it starting in 2021. In order to achieve this, Habitat already has new investments under its sights – in particular terrains – worth around 500 million euro.
The company’s revenue in dwellings’ pre-sales until September should be reported over the next three periods, mentioned newspaper Expansión and these revenues will be considered as the contracts are finalised and the dwellings delivered to their owners.
