Habitat Alborán (Torremolinos, Málaga)
This acquisition, which was now confirmed, will represent a total investment, once the development is concluded, of more than 33 million euro.
The terrain acquired by Habitat Inmobiliaria has more than 3.400 sqm located next to the beach and a buildable area of more than 10.000 sqm, and it will host a 100-dwelling development.

The developer thus reinforces its presence in Andalusia where it has two locations in Seville and in Malaga. This project joins the other four developments Habitat Inmobiliaria currently has: Malaga, Torremolinos (Habitat Alborán), Benalmádena (Habitat Santangelo) and Estepona (Habitat Valle Romano), showing its strong bet on this area, and the 13 developments and more than 1.500 dwellings in Andalusia.
The company, headed by Juan María Nin and managed by José Carlos Saz, currently has 42 developments being marketed and more than 4.200 dwellings at different stages of development across Spain.
