The parcel has more than 3000 sqm of buildable area. When the construction works are finished, investment is expected to reach 13 million euro.
According to Habitat Inmobiliaria’s CEO José Carlos Saz, with this purchase the company reinforces its presence in Catalonia, with this being its second operation in the region since 2019. For the future, he assures the Company «is analysing other interesting opportunities» within the area.
The future development which will be located between the Cervantes and Weyler streets has underground and bus access to the centre of Barcelona.
This terrain purchase operation is part of the company’s strategic plan, which includes the construction of 43 more developments and 3.800 houses within the whole of Spain.
