The project was presented during the Salão Imobiliário de Portugal (Portugal Real Estate Fair) which took place last week in Lisbon. Rivart will add around 36.000 sqm to the city’s office and other segments’ offer, with a total 230 one to four bedroom duplex apartments with areas between 64 and 275 sqm. All residential units will have terraces and private balconies.
The project also includes two buildings with 7 floors above the ground and 4 floors below the ground each. Construction will start as soon as the first occupant is found, which Grupo SIL believes will happen soon. It will also include a 225 parking spaces public parking lot.
The construction permit should be obtained this month. Works on the infrastructure will start now and the buildings will start being constructed at the beginning of 2020.
