The construction company plans to build a warehouse in a 30.000 sqm terrain in Toledo, a Spanish municipality. It should be delivered, already finished, to GreenOak next year, when the companies should finish the sale, according to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial.
This will be the first operation headed by the new and third fund from GreenOak, and, according to the same newspaper, it should also be one of the largest operations carried out by the American company, considering the size of the asset. Consultant Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of carrying out the future transaction.
