The film and animation school has leased a 5.770 sqm corporate building very close to its former location.
With this transfer, the school will gather all its facilities under one single building. The operation was advised by Forcadell.
According to Manel De Bes, director of Forcadell’s Office Department, «the office market’s evolution in Barcelona has been positively surprising us as the year moves forward. Demand’s behaviour and the evolution of contracting remain constant, because many companies are resizing in order to adapt themselves to their current needs in terms of space and performance».
FX Animation Barcelona 3D & Film School is a higher education school with its own degrees. It has more than 13 years of experience training professionals for their two great training areas: 3D/Animation and Cinema.
