Open Sky is the first project in Spain of Compañía de Phalsbourg, a Spanish subsidiary of the French company Compagnie de Phalsbourg. This is an open commercial center with 85,000 m2 of GLA (gross leasable area), with 100 shops and 3,500 parking spaces. It will also have a large garden area and a central lake for games of lights and water.
The design is one of the differential aspects of this shopping center that rises with the aim of becoming the most modern in Madrid and one of the most glamorous in Europe. The well-known architect Gianni Ranaulo is in charge of creating this innovative and sustainable project and thought for people to experience more than their own purchases.
Compañía de Phalsbourg will invest a total of €160 million in the development of Open Sky and is expected to create about 1,000 jobs.
