Emesa purchase Diagonal 632 in Barcelona

<p>Emesa Corporación Empresarial, the lawyer Emílio Cuatrecasas family office, acquired the building 632 at the Avenida Diagonal, in Barcelona, current headquarters of Instituto Oftalmológico Quirónsalud.</p>

The property was purchased to Inmo 632 and has a surface area of 2.000m², and has a long-term rental contract.

According to the Spanish Real Estate, this acquisition strengthens Emesa position at Diagonal, where owns already 3 buildings - 191, headquarters of Cuatrecasas, 444 and 579. Its portfolio is evaluated at more than €500M.
